Operation Sovereign

Our year-long global prayer initiative finishes on July 18^th. To mark the end we are planning a day long Prayer Colloquium on July 20^th in central London, where we shall have a review of the past year, some teaching on prayer, and spend time together waiting on the Lord to discern what next!

Over the last months the intensity of spiritual conflict feels to have been growing, with the world seemingly plummeting towards crisis.  It is always of course important that we respond ‘practically’- if we don’t, who will?  But the battle belongs to the Lord, and is first fought and won in prayer.  Operation Sovereign is prayer at the Lord’s direction, to open the doors that He wants opened, so that He may intervene without violating the freedom that is His gift to mankind.  We then act in obedience to His guidance, confident that so long as we are faithful, we may leave the result to Him.
